100% virgin human hair, including Chinese hair, Malaysian hair, European hair, Brazilian hair…

Usually 4-6 weeks, also depending on order quantity and seasons

» Payment terms

We take payments in different ways:

PayPal, Western Union, Money Gram, T/T transfer

We require 40% downpayment to be made to start production, and rest to be paid after order is finished

We use DHL, FedEx, UPS and air shipping

» Drop shipment

Yes we can make drop shipment if required

» What is your exchange and return policy?  

Within 7 days after delivery, we offer free returns or exchanges if any major quality issues are found and it would affect further sales

» How long will your toppers and wigs last?

We are using finest virgin hair for our toppers and wigs. According to feedbacks from our customers, if with proper care, they can last up to 2 years.

» Can your hair be further colored?

Yes most our blonde colors can be further colored. Many customers buy our blonde or platinum blonde hair and dye into colors intended. But unless you have such experience, we suggest that you find an experienced colorist to do that.

» Can your hair be further curled?

It’s no problem to use a curling iron. If you prefer a permanent curl/wave, only big loose curl/wave is recommended.
